This book, published in October 2009, has chapters on Rugby as a railway centre and the lines out of Rugby to Leicester, Market Harborough and Leamington Spa, the Weedon to Leamington line, the Great Central Railway, the Stratford-upon-Avon & Midland Junction Railway, the Cheltenham to Stratford-upon-Avon line, the Shipston-on-Stour branch, the Bearley Junction to Alcester line, and the Redditch to Evesham line.



Platform remains of Alcester station in the back garden of the old station house.
